1 General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 459 Bet platform (https://459bet.app) and all services operated under it. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 459 Bet, the following eligibility conditions must be met. We reserve the right to close any account that does not satisfy these requirements.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. 459 Bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from sharing this information with others.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for account verification. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is complete.
• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use 459 Bet.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

459 Bet supports deposits and withdrawals via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Full payment terms are detailed below.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals. If you need to withdraw via a different method, please contact customer support first.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance. Funds become withdrawable only after the bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• The wagering requirement varies by bonus. Generally, you are required to wager 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus. The bonus will be forfeited if the deadline is not met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously. A new bonus cannot be claimed until the wagering requirement on the current bonus has been completed.

5 Betting Rules

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 459 Bet platform. If any of these are detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Misusing bonuses or employing bonus hunting strategies.
